SS Fuel 2003 windrange

Has anybody tested the new Fuel? Does anybody knows the windrange for a SSFuel-2003 17m, 15m and 13m?
Will be OK for me (68 Kg. and a custom board 140x39, on winds between 10 and 20 Knts.) to have a 17m and a 13m?

that is the nicest new fuel page i have seen so far. too bad i cant read it. http://www.tbks.net/2003fuel.html is another nice one to check out but doesnt have enough information on it.
