What set up board, and kite do people use in light wind, in the 8/9-12 knot range. Provide your weight as well. What rules in the light stuff.

thanks

i use the same stuff i use in heavy wind.

1.34 wakeboard and airush 12.2 - only more work on the kite and less edging the board

if there's really light wind (sub 10kts) and i haven't been out a long time, i use a 2m directional (my old '2000 model i used to learn on), but that's more or less just to get rid of the turkey.

The Slingshot LFT twintip is about as bad-ass a lightwind board I've seen. For a 167 and a twintip, its more floaty than a 181 LWD and more maneuverable...V
