Hey Roberto - I hope you plan another trip over to this side of the lake - you always bring wind. The Hazmat looks good and rides stable with straps and boots. I love my Hana twin - but the Brasington (sp?) brothers that make the boards do not respond to my e-mails for a custom board. The UGs are highly regarded by this group. I send a note to the owner and received a prompt reply. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday all look good for wind over here.

Dimitri has taken over the sales and marketing of Hana Crew. He also does the design work. You go to his web site and contact him and buy through him. The Hana site should bounce you to his site in Hatteras.

I don't know his web site address. It's a hard one to remember. Something like x-treme kiteboarding dot com.

Roberto, the 2003 Hazmat is lighter with more flex than 2002, I rode it a month ago with straps and it was really fun. I think however, like most boards of this design, it rides best wake style with bindings. Wakestyle boards are usually a bit heavier so its hard to compare them with lighter boards like the Vari because its a different style of riding. If you want to ride directional the 2003 Mutants are sweet, much improved over last year-thinner with less volume and alot more durable. Hope that helps. Have fun

hummm, is it me or does the HanaCrew line look very similar to the UG line???
amazing isn't it how there lines have change so radically, so recently.

When the HC wave tray due out? :razz:
