I'm going to Tarifa for a weeks kitesurfing mid November, please tell me anything you know about the area i.e where to sail, go buy stuff, where to party, what the girls can do whilst i'm sailing, what not to do (I hear there is alot of thieves).....p.s I'm staying at the South Apartments (hope there o.k)
