Hi everyone!

It looks like I'm going to go for Egypt as a kite destination for the end of the year.

Can anybody tell me what the best spot is in Egypt?

I've been to Hurghada for 2 weeks last year, and hardly had any wind, but I guess I was just unlucky...

Thanks a lot in advance!

what's the best kite/car/girl etc. ... ?

they all are different, what's best for you depends on your personal preferences.

i know hurghada and safaga quite well.

in average safaga migth have a little bit more wind than hurghada. but somedays it's the other way arround. and do you really prefer 6 than 8m2 kites? me not

hurghada definitly has the nicer beaches, in sagfaga you migth have to take a boat to tobia island every day.

hurghada is partytown, safaga is just dead.

dahab is windsurfcity, quite crowded with these oldfashionboys, migth be annoying.

i haven't been to el naaba yet, but read that the surfschool rents out wavesurfboards and boogieboards. they wouldn't do, if they don't have decent waves regular over there.

hurghada is my favorite. i would go to hurghada and do daytrips to safaga, dahab and el naaba. public transport is cheap and easy in egypt.

Thanks to both.

Anybody has been to El Naaba already?

From what I've read in the brochures, it is somewhere in the middle of the desert, no so much to do (besides watersports), no nightlife, but really relaxed.

Any other impressions?
