Does any1 know how much a set of new tubes cost for a Wipika Freeair 8.9?
Can you buy singles, or do you have to buy the set? i am spending more time with it in a bucket than in the ocean, and that sucks! Bloody valve has just split the other day... think it is time for a new kite, but if any1 knows the tube pricing that might tie me over until I can save the pennies?

I have not had a lot of experience with bust bladders, however, I have replaced one strut bladder for a Wipika kite. Wipika sent me a bladder that was significantly larger than the bladder it was replacing. I stuck it in, inflated it & it works just fine. IE: don't think it matters exactly what size the bladder is as it is at least as long as the strut. The bladder will expand to fill the available space.
Flyboy is dead on and if the bladder gets too small you can put in a balloon and blow it up inside take up the space and life is good.no idea on price but you can glue what you have and be back in biz. vinal sucks and vinal rocks it's in how you deal!!
I recently had to replace a bladder in my 8.9 Freeair. They come in a set for your 5 struts and the leading edge bladder is sold separately. I was fortunate enough to get a good 2nd hand bladder for about $40 Oz from the Wipika distributor. I can't remember exactly but I think the set of 5 was around $180 - $190 Australian so I was happy with the deal. I recently had to replace the leading edge bladder of my 11.5 Hydro and it was $180 Oz. So the 8.9 L.E. bladder is probably a liitle cheaper. Hope this helps. Good luck. Brad.
Brad, you don't happen to have the no. of the Wipi dealer for my bladders. I am in Melbourne and it would be awesome if i could get a deal such as you did.
email me if you do or don't if you don't
Tony, I've sent you an email with the details you're after. Brad.
