I don't think that it will be done for the warriors, i just got off the phone with flysurfer, and they should have the 16.5 WAC warriors ready by next week. I think maybe the guys at
http://www.kitesyndikat.de are doing it, so get in touch with them. Out of curiosity, why would you want the wac for the other warriors(besides 16.5), they work great and have awesome range.

Given that the 2002 16.5 Warriors's are re-selling for about $700.USD, they may make a good alternative for someone on a budget vs. a new 15.5 Psycho. That WAC modification makes them potentially more attractive and may support the market for them.

What is the lower wind range for me with the 12.5?

probably 11-12 knots.
That is what it is for me, on a 160 twintip(loose AX, very wide), i weigh 85 kg plus gear and water.
