In my sailing area i find my ab 11.8 to be a little small a lot of times. I bought an arx 19.5 but don't like it it turns really slow and has very little range.
What i would like to find is a fast turning kite with good range for those 10 to 15 knot days for me. 200 lbs. and riding a wave tray 147.
I would appreciate any opinions on the subject

Get a kite with a powerful foil to it... not an Aiorblast that's for sure.... Kites known for their power are the Rhino II and Fuel. The 2003 fuel is rumoured to be very fast turning (I'm not biased here either as I have Naish gear).

Any Med AR kite will also be sweet as. I have a 20m AERO which pulls hard enough for me to wakeboard easily in 12 knots (upwind and jumping etc).

id go for a big foil 15,5 Psycho for light winds, im out on my 12 whilst a friend of mine is on his 20m Aero, but im lighter than you !, also, at low wind speeds they relaunch better than any lei.
Light winds = Foil

You could also consider a wider board with the same kite, I have a 147 wt and with a 16m kite it'll start at about 10-11 knots when the kite starts being a bit powered up.
With my 147-45 lightwind killer I can go upwind with the same kite in 8 knots and in 10 be well powered up.
If you want to be more powered up in less wind with the same board a bigger kite (foil imo) is what you want but a wider board will add to the low end of any kite.

'aklbob' stacked his 2 X2's today. Heading upwind on a wakeboard in 7 knots.....

Also get a directional if you really want lightwind performance... as speed is very important...
