17m2 ---> super windrange

Mistake. They mean 6 to 14 for Skoop 17, but this and other values have too much low end, same for the Wook values.
6 knots is upper 2 bft!!! Quite ambitious to indicate that kind of a breeze as low end for a Skoop 17 or Wook 16.5! Maybe it could be true when using a big directional...
