Why ? This would be stupid, as everyone knows (at least they should know...) that the kites used today does not make a difference for the competitor results - it is ONLY the rider !
These kites (LEI's) are all performing equal today, with small style differences only, and there is no doubt that Mark Shinn would have won regardless of which kite he used
So it is merely a way to get an idea of which brands are used - NOT which performs the best.
This is what I wanted to warn you about !
If you do it the other way, it is a typical misuse of statistics, either because of boredom, or non-knowledge, or to serve one or several brands specific marketing purpose.
I really don't know which is the worst of these 3...
