IMHO I would go with the 17m as your light wind kite. I weigh 85kgs and with my 17m Fuel and 165TT I get on the water in 10 knots and and can hold it up to about 20 knots (on my 150TT)
The 2003 fuels are a great kite!!!

Cheers

Freezin' is whats up but some FUEL and a drysuit might solve my problem.

So the 17/13 combo should be a killer quiver for winds averaging up to 30mph or 25kts? Or should I jump to the 11 and get that going when I cant hang onto to the 17? Keep in mind I only want 2 kites to cover that range.

Anyone rail sliding Bayshore Blvd. in Tampa yet? NOT!

NOPE! Can't seem to find the right wind direction. Onshore and I risk being pulled into traffic, offshore is just too gusty from the highrise condos..which is also the case for side shore there too since the bay is shaped kinda like a horseshoe there. But I'll keep trying!

I think I'd go with the 17/13...depends on how much kite you want in the hiher winds. Luckily, I'm not choked to a 2 kite quiver.

The 15/11 is my choice and if we get a lite wind season I'll sell a nut to get the 19.
