I think we always have to do a compromise.
If you want a really fast turning kite, it is not as good to relaunch than a slower kite. Although they improved it by making the tips wider. For example the Mach1. It has such a small profile but wide tips that it turns like hell. The new RRD Supertype will be about the same. So these high performer should never be dropped, but if you are ready for these type of kites, you don't drop that much anymore.
The Rhino and Aero are good kites which have been imroved a lot and therefore combine faster turning and good relaunch.
But for bigger sizes IMO the small profile kites are the future. Hopefully I get my hands on the Aero 18.0 and Mach1 18.1 to prove my opinion.
But below 12 sqm surface area you don't need a faster turning kite, depending on the style you ride, of course.

Any comments?

Greetings
Toby

Do you think the North 9,3m² is turning too fast? I have the 16m² and find it great for such an area!

the 16.0 is great, although not as fast as the Mach1.
I never tried the Rhino 9.3, but this size should be ok and fun on the water. But I think the Mach 1 in 9.1 will be too fast.
But I didn't test it yet.

Do you have a 9.3? Or are you going to get one?

I think I'm going to get one (I will sell my R3)
