Has anybody out there every tried to put Helleium in a tube kite? Or however you spell it? :o What would the effects be on the bladders? Would the kite have better luck in low winds? Pros and Cons? Whats your thaughts ?

I can't believe that this topic is coming back again (was coming up once in a while on the ksurf-Yahoo!Group).

Conclusion: It does not help and is expensive as hell.

Manu Bertin used it to kite at the North Pole, though.

:lol: My bad !!! Had no clue, Colorado crew were talking about it over a beer! We concluded would not hurt the kite bladders and but had to make the kite a tad lighter! We said would probally have more fun with freezing are punching bags anyhow..! Thanks for the pics... That water looks cold!
