Hi Toby.
Cabarete was great. I stayed there for 12 days and the wind was present every day.
15-20 knots every day.
In the middle of my trip I took one day to go to Samaná (about 2 hours from Cabarete) to see the whales. Incredible how near they come...
In Cabarete I could grow up my skills.
Next year, on February, I already have a place to go: Cabarete.
For the airline company, I told them that was a wakeboard and it worked. No taxes...

Next winter I'll go too. I'm sick of reading about it, want to check it out myself now
