Hey guys i have just come back from the hospital to find i have problems with my wrist due to prolonged tight grip on the bar. I have stressed my tendons and trapped a nerve. The doctor told me that this was down to one handed jumps on the kite whilst being unclipped from the sheet loop and performing twists or handle passes putting to much stress on the wrist. I will be told that i will be unable to kite surf for at least three weeks!! A warning to any one who intends to get into one handed tricks. and do warm up before you go out.
