Balorizonte (Cape Verde)

Has anyone visite Hotel Barcelo Oasis Belorizonte at Cape Verde (Sal)

Please can you give me some information about the hotel and the kite posibilities.

We will go there in the beginning of April

Personally I found the hotels in Sal to be the worst of any location I've been to (Mediteranean, Caribbean etc).

I think I stayed in the Belorizonte (or it might have been Novorizonte, anyway it had ...zonte at the end) and the food was inedible.
