Saw it yesterday as I was in KB Toy Store getting some leapfrog learning books for my son, I was walkin down the super hero/action figure Isle and there it was a KItesurfing joe. Kite has something like a 50 cal machine gun on the kite itself as well as a radar dish of some sort. Pretty hokey, butI had a laugh! Possibly a new insertion and extraction medium for marine corp & navy spec ops.

I also forgot to note there was no kite leash!
c'mon joe, safety is paramount
