Romo is great for kitesurfing and buggy kiting.
Huge beaches and most of the time windy.
You can drive with your car on the beach.

Romo is great, for all kind of kite-activities. In the summertime it's one of the windiest places in Denmark, My guess is that 80% of the days you could get on the water and throw some supermans..

It can get crowded in the windsurf-area, but there are still no restrictions on kitesurfers, so we're allowed on every beach. If the wind drops, try going to blaavand instead, a brilliant spot (among 500 other brilliant spots along the west coast of Denamrk)

not a good place for surfer9joe: there are no nude beaches *lol*

on good days you have quite a swell there - not as big as in klittmöller, but i suppose that getting some big airs is no problem

Go to the south beach on Rome, and you got it all... Nude people, beach sailers, Buggy's and you can kitesurf as well.
The beach is 3000meter wide from the dunes to the ocean.

Hi, and if you are a beginner you can go kiting in the Ringkoebingfjord. Its a Big fjord near Roem. The whole area is a ??Standarea??( always you can stay =) ).
Where are you all from??? Im from Flensburg!
Maybe we could meet to go kiting!?

I've been to the Fjord a couple of years ago and the water was realy dirty!

We will be in Roemoe presumably round the easterdays (Murdoc from HH, his brother and me from Munich)
