I think this is gonna be tougher than last year. A lot of really good fast turning kites with big wind ranges this year. Unless the X3 is something incredible, this is going to be a personal preference issue. Having tried a number of the 2003's I can vouch for the fact that I haven't tried any bad ones yet. All have been stable, nice win ranges, durable, fast turning etc.

It will always be a personal preference especially for the 2003 kites. You can't go wrong with most 2003 kites.
I'll bring the new Wipika AMP as THE candidate for the tittle :thumb:

(come on Niko, bring the R2 in the ring) :bye:

I think you have too buy a kite that works with you. If your a beginner don't buy an X2, no matter how good they say it is, it won't be good for you. You should buy an Aero, GTO, CO2, Hydro, Toro. If you like wakestyle than you should't get a High Aspect kite. You need something with a constant pull like the kites above.
If you have a fast board and is and expert rider you should go with a high aspect kite like the X2, Mach2, Rinho2, BlackTip, Amp, Fuel.
if you ride in very gusty condition, again it will be a specific kite that's good for that.
Almost all 2003 kites are pretty good constructed.
So as you can see, there is not a best kite in 2003. Not even how good the X3 is.
The kite that fits you will be the BEST KITE OF 2003

No such luck. Saw the Airrush Flow, but didn't get a chance to fly it that day because of no wind. The flow was pretty decent considering its a lot cheaper than most of the other brands.

AMP rule! :thumb:

This is one kite that does it all .
It like an X2 with a lot of low end power!
If you didn't try one, you should....
