Thinking of going to Koh Samet in Thailand in late May, anybody been there??
I've had a read of cuttlebone and kiteboardingasia.com but they don't say much
I did read that the beaches are rocky and narrow and best for advanced kiters. But we are experienced kitesurfers used to tricky launches.
Biggest question is what are the conditions like in late May?
Will be flying into Bangkok, any other spots to think about??

You could have a look at 'kitethailand.com' or is it 'kitingthailand.com', I forget. They have some good info on Phuket in the south of Thailand. There are a cople of places to kite in the off season there. I think the wind in Hua Hin just south of Bangkok will be finished by then.
Enjoy.
