I am moving to Barcelona in a few weeks and wonder of course what possibilities there are to go kiting there?

I am spending one month in Barcelona. You have very good conditions in Casteldefells, a little town 15mn from BCN. You can also go to San Pere Pescador, 1.5 hour drive from the city. You can aslo kite at barceloneta, the city beach, but going into the water may be difficult.

Or Poblenou in Barcelona (a bit to the north, on a walking distance from Barceloneta, also a metro station).
There's a surf club there.
Casteldefells is very good.
