Try worldkiteboarding.com or a search for kiteboarding and Margarita Island. I took lesson from chris at Worldkiteboarding and I can recommend them. There are four kite schools at El Yaque. Somewhat challenging conditions for learning as you will be in deep water as soon as you drift down from kite beach where the kiting is restricted to. In addition the winds can kick to full force by 11:00 am (20-30 mph)in the middle of you session. good luck

I will second "Chris" on Margarita. My daughter and I took lessons with him and his crew. Mornings are the best time for beginners and later for more advanced.
Good luck.
