At long last there was enough wind today to let rip with my 12m X10……

sounds promising but to be honest it just sounds like and F-arc which have been out for some time now.

Have you ever flown and F.

Now that would be a comparison.

Hi Rod,
I just got a F12 myself (used) I only got a chance to fly it on the beach this weekend, as the wind was real light. But I'm damned psyched to try it when the wind picks up!
Loooooong and thin when you roll it out, but seems smooth up in the air. I need to do something about those flares, I don't like how they flop around. Maybe I'll install a leading edge batten or something to keep them under control.
You da Man, when it comes to the F, though, I watched all your vids, thanks. :bye:

Im just a flyer Theres plenty of guys out there who kick ass better then me. But my vids dont do me justice nor my kites.

BTW if the flaps are flapping around then your flying it too much on the front lines I ride it so that when fully depowered the flaps are slighlty waving not flapping I cant hear them. sometimes when overpowered I will adjust it a bit so they flap but not much and usually when im turning in depowered mode with the loose side flapping a bit.

Just tighten your lines up a tad you will have a much more responsive and stable kite.

Rod, forgive my ignorance, but I don't know what an F-arc is....can you post a pic ? But if its long, thin & boosts....then that sounds similar !!

the f-arc is so user unfriendly that anyone who says they enjoy owning this abboration must also have a sado-machistic home life!

Think we need some pics :o

But as for the X10.....the kite is sweet and surprisingly easy to use, given that its a full on hang-time machine

heres a picture

as for non user friendly what a load of CRAP my F is more stable then the S-arcs ive flown and as equally as good as the G-arc. There very easy to fly and make simple things like jumping easier. Relaunching does suck but I dont grade its performance by that. I have got it to relaunch several times no probs.

You obviously have no idea.

Lets face it, it all comes down to the definition of what is a sado-machistic home life!
