are lightwind boards (bidis) worth their cash.
I am thinking of buying a Magic Carpet from Underground or a similar board.
If anybody has experience with light wind boards please tell me:
() how they work in light conditions
() how much they cost (list price)
() if they are wort the cash
Thanx
PS.: How much is the magic carpet, I couln´t find any list price in €

Hey lightwind boards are awesome.... I have a number of lightwind plyboards that work great, especially in inconsistant winds and when it's less than 10 knots.....

() how they work in light conditions
my custom 145 x 45 is brilliant for getting the best outtov the bottom end of the kite
() how much they cost (list price)
duno, paid 240 euro second hand for mine,
() if they are wort the cash
well worth it for all the good times I've gotton outtov it instead of sitting on the beach waiting for wind
Dunno about worth the cash but if you want to go kiting before you're pwoered up definately worth having

I have used a 150 x 43 with "medium sized" kites (16mts) with very good results. With my Rhino2 18 I use more my small board (140x37) than my big one (145x42). The big one gets me going earlier but has no range with this kite. So... depends on what kite you are using.
