EH kites

Postby Rhode Island kite freak » Sun May 01, 2005 12:21 am

I am considering these kites for a new quiver.
I did a search and didn't find much info.
Anybody have any good or bad experiences with these kites?
thanks,
Matt.

I use a 2004 freeride 12 and I love it.

I feel it has a huge wind range and it is a fast, reponsive jumping machine.

.. I'll add a 2005 9m Wave soon... :kiff:

I have tried the new Wave 13 meter, and some of the 2004 models (both freeride and and wave. They are super nice kites The Wave 13 meter (2005) handels easy it sits further back in the window, but it still has a lot of range, and is not hard to control in rather hard gusts...

The kites I tried is sold from http://www.offdalip.com It is sold as OffDaLip, but it is really an EH kite...

This site has a lot of information about the kite too....

I use Freeride 8, 12 & 16 2004 and just love them.

The better riders around by local beach have tried mine and have have only had positive things to say.

They are of a really good quality and fly extremely well.

Just my 5c.

Sorry, couldn't resist. I have no reason to say anything bad about EH, I am sure their boards are still great. Most of what is said on that thread is true though. They did lose their kite designer, people want honest answers not just smoke blown up their...

Anyway, I am sure the kites still fly awesome.

... I admit, it is sometimes hard to calm the urge to type when the beloved subject/brand is been attacked...

I think we agree best lovers won't shoot themselves in the foot bashing Eh.. future may be different, but for now talking about it is just blahblah..

the more we kite, the less we fight !
