Probably 10-11 knots to 21-22 knots steady wind.

Thanks Dwight, but sorry if I continue annoing you...on kite-surf.com review you wrote that the Toro2 16 range is from 10-18 knots, so as I'm an intermediate kiter I wouldn't like to be overpowered in 16-18 knots with a Toro2 18...so what do u think is better for me T2 16 or 18?
Cheers

It is a problem giving wind ranges when I don't know the skills of the person asking. The wind range I gave would apply to me and my friends. The wind range I gave on kite-surf was to someone who presented himself as intermediate skilled. You have to estimate your skills to handle power based on other expert kiters in your area.

Hi Dwight,
So much talk about Toro2 that you convince me to buy a new T2 18.
I'm an intermediate rider and actually own a slingshot GTO 15. This is a nice kite with a very wide windrange, but I wanted something for light winds (8-16 knots) that can be waterrelaunched.
I hope to be taking the right decision.
Good winds.
VITO.
