Drops Boards 2003

The range is composed of three lines for eight models:

A new line decorated, on the two smallest sizes, with the signature of Sean Ordonez. The 136 and the 140 derive from SOS SurfStick models. With their different graphics, but especially with a different technology, they differ from "Originals" also as regards performances; more "soft" and "smooth", the two Super Slash will fill the "Surfing" range of Drops line. Easy conduction and accentuated maneuverability, rounded edges and improved flex for the control on waves or rough sea, make of Super Slash models, the true ALL

TERRAIN boards.

S.S. TRIAL 152, the biggest one, is the true novelty of the whole line, a beginner-school board on which we carried out some solutions for the necessities of a beginner for his first months of kite boarding. Channels creating 4 "fixed" fins, rounded rails for an upper grip, small measures for a more natural feeling with short boards in the future, are some of the characteristics which make this board the best one to approach kite boarding. "Injection" construction makes this model indestructible and resistant to the bumps a beginner board is usually submitted to. At the end, the price: this board is sold to public at 329,-- euro with fins, straps and pads.

Three dimensions S-M-L to fill an almost infinite range. The peculiarity of these models is rails shape that, with a minimum T.U.E. and more emphasized edges, give to riders a more elevated side resistance compared with more "Surfy" Super Slash boards. Appreciable quality especially for jumps, during take-off and speed. The technology utilized with differentiated density PVC Foam allows to get on these boards a weight worthy of "CUSTOM MADE" boards: from 1,7 kg for "S" model to 2,3 kg for the bigger 144x39 cm "L".

6'0" and 5'6" the only two models kept from 2002 catalogue; already known during last season for performances and facility, they are re-proposed this year with the same graphics, a MUST for the Beginner-Medium level range.
