Hello.
I read in Eric's site that u need to seal the airex with epoxy and microbaloons before the lamination. why I wasnt sealing my previous boards and they're fine.

It's not so much that you need to....
however, vacuum bagging will try to force extra resin into the foam
so, if you seal the foam prior to laminating, you will need less resin and save a little on the final weight.
It's best to let the sealing coat start to kick. Then complete the laminating process before it cures in order to get a good bond.
note:
i said the above, assuming you were laminating the top and bottom skins to the core.
I believe eric also laminates multiple layers of foam to build his core.
In that case, i probably would not let the sealing coat kick before sandwiching two layers of core material.
