HI,
I'm building a board (corecell+formica+pvc) and I'm trying to place my inserts, is there any real way to figure out what my correct stance would be? Is it heel to knee or fist to elbow or is all that just BS.
I've been riding on a wakeboard and the thing gives me bad cramps in one foot so I fugure my stance is off. The inserts are all so corroded that I cant just try some different things. I'd like to get it right on this new board.
Also I'm planning on using the BEST plate/pads, does anyone know exactly how far apart the inserts should be?
Thanks ALOT EH!

I used heel to knee on one board and it was a little too far apart. Fist to elbow worked better - for me
A suggestion off the top of my head is to screw the bindings to an old plank and try out different configurations before to put it on your board

Thanks, I'll just go with fist to elbow.

just to clarify, fist to elbow was the distance *between* my bindings not center to center. Again, thats my preference, but I think my legs are relatively short for my height

when U need to find out how far apart your feets are, jump a couple of times and measure the distance.
