BOARD BUILDERS USING FORMICA PVC RAILS

Guys do you have some tips and ideas how to prep pvc for bonding to the rails also how thick and wide should they be do i need a jig to follow the blanks outline.can pvc glue be used to bond to the blank (coracell /diviny) or just epoxy Thanks!! Dave
