hi!
I would like to share my (small) experience(s) about kiteboard shaping (wood and composite) on my website :
http://www.sport2oufs.fr.st/tech_board2.html
You will find, HowTo , photos and videos of your job
Sorry
, it's still in french but maybe you will understand
An other interested website from a friend:
http://mardo.club.fr
which references a lot of links about home made kiteboards. (in french too
)

Very interesting site. (unfortunately, my french is limited to ordering poutine and talking about my pantalon). The pictures are a good sequence of what you did. You made some pretyy heavy duty insert carriers!
Would be very helpful to the massess if you could translate it to english. Let us know how the boards perform and what special adjustments you made.
Nice work - keep it up!

Go to
http://world.altavista.com/, type in the URL of the page you want to translate, select the to and from languages and click translate - its not 100%, but it is definitely readable
Hope that helps ...
