I broke My first wood composite at the very end of the season, the Ply cracked but the fir stringer held it together, didnt even know it broke till I was finished, Board was made with two pieces of luan, fir stringer and foam. I think just 2 pieces of .25 in AC ply with fiberglass stringers running the length of the board with some concave make a very strong board. My board that I made like this past the test of the most narly jumps etc this summer.
