Screws rule for making kiteboards

I thought I post this for the Newbe board builders. One of the most easy way of laminating is using Drywall screws, whether a flat board or concave, rocker etc. Take a 3/4 in ply or chip board for the base and just screw the thin ply together to that board, just make sure you have wax paper under your thin ply. Rocker and fip tips just put a piece of wood at the ends of the board and screw down your ply. Concave slighty more conplex take a strip of wood down the center then put some thin ply on top for a jig table, then screw your ply down.

Screw holes are filled with Epoxy and wood dust/flour/microballons/etc
If your good you dont even see these holes once filled
