Foam/Glass board

hey,
I'm planning up for building myself a board. I saw the process of the hanglos board. I've worked with fiberglass before on sailboats and surfboards. But this is my first attempt with foam on glass for a kiteboard. What are some other good sources for the building process. I have a myself a shape. Is foam choice that critical...what should i go with. I am still uncertain of how to place the footstrap screws. Glass layup-how is it done. I want to put three layers of 6oz. Do i need to do this micro balloon stuff? can you describe the glass process by steps? now for the rocker. I have the rocker I want to use, but how do I apply it? The vacuum bag? I'm sure i can work it out-what plastic material do i need to cover the board and how do I seal the board off under the plastic while sucking out air? and the sanding process...do i add another layer of micro ballons? as you can tell i'm a nub....but i'm confident i can work it all out with a but of guidance...
