not sure what they do this year but the 'jaimes' had pre-preg in them.

just because a company use pre-preg doesnt limit their printing options, they just use a top and bottom sheet with the graphics dye-subbed onto them. we use pre-preg at Best and print all the top and bottom sheets.

what you use all depends on volume...

Ididnt say that pre pregs are hard to work with ,quite the opposite.I am suprised that boards are built using pre pregs .
You got something to say ,say it .

OK, perhaps WE haven't been paying attention but all of the above quotes appear to be full of contradictions. So as long as you have your heart set on telling everyone what you know about carbon, It would be a lot of help if you would clear up the confusion regarding the above posts and identify what Our problem with carbon prepreg really is.
performance, cost, tooling, labor, availability ?

last chance before 2006, We gotta know.

ok, so i'm talking bollocks..

if you'd just like to point out exactly which bit of my posts were bollocks i'm sure we can openly discuss it in a grown up fashion, seeing as your such a carbon fibre legend it should prove enlightening to all of us.

maybe you'd like to slag me off and swear at me instead, i'm sure that's helping the credibility of your newly rejuvinated kitesurf board brand the world of good on the largest international kitesurfing forum.

you've already proved yourself to be a scholar, maybe it's time to comeback and prove you are a gent as well.

As to pre pregs we could not get what we wanted when required. This was for cloth and type of resin in the pre preg. Wet lay up ,no problem.
