Wow - looks great. Well done.
How have you done the graphics on the deck? Is it just black paper added into the laminate? It looks very effective. The yellow texallium also looks a lot like kevlar in the pictures.
One final question - how thin are your rails? They look <5mm - very thin!!

hello!
thank you
Graphics are made with thick black paper (300gr/m²). My mother have cutted them with a device for scrapbooking (
http://www.craftrobo.com/), a kind of printer which cut instead of printing.
texalium is not kevlar, its glass with 'color' (blue, red, yellow or black) obtain with chemichal action when fibre is produced. (weight 300gr/m²)
rails are 1.6mm thin (ABS only), with laminate it's about 3mm. I put 4 levels of this 1.6mm PVC sheet but at the beginning I've planned to put only one level but it seemed to fragile!
