its great to hear so many building kite boards i wish you where all in west australia . as i only know one other that builds boards for retail here besisdes myself , everyone buys retail here.
my boards come out finished with pads and all the bits at 2.4 to 2.6 kg the are full epoxy carbon glass sandwich and are good for 30 footers + airs and alot of unhooked kite loops and none have any signs of damage and i dont use durasurf but that is only cause i cant get it in w.a but if i could i would like to give it ago :bye:

You have better Kitesurfers who avoid rocks & stuff. :D

Durasurf makes a good thick abrasion protection layer.

http://www.isosport.com/

all the good stuff is from these guys but minimum orders are the sting for homeguys. i will be retailing this product in bits you can afford with your own graffix sublimated onto them very soon(true custom one off's),hopefully febuary and i will ship worldwide aswell. the actual material is a reasonable cost but the print process is the costly part . i hope the service will be around the £40 all in for top and bottom full colour foils( 40 complete not each) .designs need to be in jpeg or tiff format and a minimum of 300 dpi . as i get more details i will let you guys know.

it also works for ski and snowboard builders aswell as i hold different grades.

feel free to pm me.
