Pretty general question.
Is it wood core, foam?
Wood, you wet the board and suport it by the tips and add (alot) weight in the center so it can flex beyond the elastic point.
If you go to foam core and it is a tall block, shape the rocker there. If it is thin, suport it by the center, upside down, and let the gravity pull the tips down. then you glass the bottom and there you go. Rocker added.

Good luck.

sounds like you're going to be making a plywood board then..when i made plywood boards i'd just laminate 3 sheets of 3mm plywood togehter and put it under a few hundred pounds of bricks with 2x4's on the ends and let it cure/set.
i'd suggest drawing your outline on the board before laminating.
now sand/router the edges and install the t-nuts, then seal the board with a few coats of varnish.
holes for fins are nice too...draw those out when you make the outline of the board.

the boards work decent and hold up well. i put a coat of (fiber)glass on the bottom of mine to add some extra riding-up-the-beach-ability.

good luck,

but you put the 3 laminates together and then what do you do? just put the weight?
i heard that you have to moisture it?
if so where? in the middle?
if so? do you do it with the 3 laminates all ready togethers or one by one?

how do i put the holes for the fins?

i am thinking of making one and i thing that 3 fins like in a surfboards but in both sides..
also i am thinking about puting the 2 that goes in the outside like in a race board...does this makes sense? like the one in the middle straight and the others 2 in an angle

any ideas about how to but those in that shape?
