So due to the bloated shape of my first ply board, we took the sides off it, and made them straight.
Comments on shape please? It is now 146cm x 40cm (rather than 46 cm)

Nice finish, did you use some poly with some pigment?
The rails look better, you should be able to go upwind in light wind with only a little spash.

I explained what I was doing to the guy in the paint shop, and he (with 30 years of experience) recommended this stuff. Seems to go on nicely, hope it works well.
I'm not really too worried, because the board may not be great anyhow....
