How much glass is too much glass on a foam core

im building a new corecell board

i want to make it as strong as possible and keep the flex

what do u suggest?

i have carbon and glass.

how many layers on top and bottom?

i think my question is precise enough for sum people with expertise to answer. right?

ps. write "glass" in the research and check out how many posts ur gonna get (too many)

If you took just 5 mins to have a look at some previous threads you would know that just about every posting "showing off" our work has a description of the lay-up we used.

I know my postings do.

18 oz, top and bottom

start there and add more or less depending on the answers to the following.
how much flex do you really want ?
(try to quantify it: inches, lbs/in, 2x your old board, etc)
your weight?
core thickness?
length and width?
type of glass (plain weave, biax, unidirectional)?
epoxy (yes)
carbon (no)

yahoo boardbuilders group has alot of specific examples to copy.
