Hi all, Check out this prototype

I run a bag manufacturing Business that caters mainly to the scuba Diving Industry http://www.armorbags.com.

Since I also have a passion for board building, I made a case to protect my creations.

bag is made for use around slatwater, with all non-corrosive parts.
30mil coated vynil, w/ 1/4" closed cell foam padding on both sides,#10 ykk zippers, continuous webbing at the lift points for added strength.
I made this bag to travel on the plane with, so there is a piece of 1/2 closed cell foam that is removable and goes between the boards for airline travel.

Check it out,do you think there is a market? Throw some suggestions for imrovement at me.

Looks heavy-duty, but maybe the foam should be thicker?
I only say this because I know some board bag makers use 3/8 or so foam for air travel "coffin" bags. Or maybe since kite boards are smaller and tougher, they don't need it?

Looks like a good idea. I hate that my zippers fail and get stuck up with salt...be nice to have one made for the elements. I'd consider other color options and maybe add some storage pocket (mesh bag?) to put screws/straps/handles in if you have to take them off for travel.

Nice job though. I think there is a market.
