Thinking of making a plywood Spleene Door type lightwind monster with "snowboard" sidecut. How much sidecut have people had success with? The board will probably be 155x46 with no rocker but nothing set yet. Planning on using two pieces of 6 mm ply epoxyed together, does it make sense to use 6oz. glass on the top and bottom? Or just seal it with epoxy minus the glass? Any other tips for this type of board shape? Thanks.

If you want to be save just copy the amount Spleene uses.
(find a good picture, scale to 155x46 and print it out)
Or go extreem like the pinda (peanut) from wimt

I made one with 3x4mm ply and some varnish. No rocker, lots of flex. Heavy but very good lowend, no fins needed.
And another one with foam, hpl and some rocker. Light, comfortable but a bit less lowend.
