Anyone here ever tried this medium? thinking it would be good by just
doing a 1/4 ply wood, then add fiberglass layers on the outside. Then smooth
it down real nice and add some boat paint to it.
Not sure if its possible to make one completely out of fiberglass, any ideas/suggestions???

That is what I have done. 1/4 baltic birch ply with 4oz fiberglass sheet with epoxy on the bottom. Super flexy but I haven't managed to break it. Good lightwind board.
