Recent cured sample on request.

N.B Needs to be kept at -18C for storage

Prepreg Epoxy Resin Film
Approx 150 metres of Resin film suitable for augmenting with fibre reinforcement.
DOM 19 Jan 2005 stored last 5 years at -28 C

Specification:
Black pigmented flame retarded toughened epoxy resin suitable for
autoclave, vacuum bag or matched-die press-moulding processes.

Flexible cure :
80C for 14 hrs
120C for 30 mins
150C for 10 mins
Flame retarded meeting self extinguishing requirements of FAR25.853
Long outlife - up to 30 days
Excellent tack & handleability.
150 x 0.325 metres
183 gsm
Total weight of film on roll with backing paper is approx. 16 Kilo (18 Kilo with tube)

Folded several times to show tack

As said.. the resin is FREE if collected.

If you want to arrange pick up and Air freight to Mauritius you would need to
get a quote from http://www.airmauritius.com/cargorates.htm

Suspect cost will be quite high as it has to be kept frozen at -15C

Thanks Joe.
Just interested in that kind of product as we never get to see any of this here.
It would be quite impossible to ship this over, considering the storage temp and probably got a hazardous goods label too.
I fiddle around in my shape shop with all sorts of products trying to find best solutions with local materials.
Yours is the bees knees though.

Its back in the freezer for storage now... as I used a few metres for my last carbon board.

I have used a few metres since the above posts, but roll is still in the freezer at -25 C.

So yes its still available.
