I live in the US (NC) and have been looking for a top/bottom sheet supplier.
Do any of you guys know any source here in the US?
It seems like all the leads are in Europe or Aust.

Update: I found a UHMW Polyethylene sheet that is 1mm thickness and tried to bond with epoxy but had no luck at all..... I thought of using one of those laminate foil that graphic/sign company uses... Anyone know if this works?

It needs a treatment like this for bonding.

I get base material for snowboards from Crown and it bonds very well.

Thanks for the link. It totally makes sense.
I've tried testing with 3 different methods with small strips of sheet that I got.
1- Original, 2-Sanded with 40grid sandpaper, 3-Used propane flame to heat treat.
Result: 1 and 2 very easy to peel. 3- harder than 1&2 but still pulled off easily.

I will try contacting Crown tomorrow and order the treated one
