the idustry-made twintips (north, crazyfly, etc) are genarally advertised to weight 2.3~2.5kg
is this bindings & fins included, or plain naked deck?

Its the naked board. My CrazyFly Allround weighs 4 kgs with everything. Momentum is said to be 4.3 kgs with the Grav-Ds.
