I am interested in applying a high resolution scan of a painting to the bottom of a board I will build. I plan to include the graphic as part of the laminate with a thin layer of glass over it.
I have used rice paper in the past to apply logos but it does not seem ideal for a graphic that will cover the entire board.
I have used cotton print fabric to cover an entire board and that seems to work very well.
What is the best material to use and where can I get it printed (I'm in USA) is there a service that can print the graphics for me?

These guys do custom graphics for surfboards and I've seen some of their finished products and they look really good.http://victimboardart.com/?page_id=216
Looks like it would be around $50 for full art for one side.
