6mm AC Ply for a Core will it work?

6mm AC Ply for a Core will it work?
I've always made AC ply/epoxy/wood sandwich boards, Would like to Sandwich one piece of AC ply between epoxy/something using a basic press, to make a board with a 3 part rocker with good amount of flex that won't Break easy. Ideas on build?
