Board Repair - First time!

Hey guys!

I was gifted this board by a pal, on the condition I intended to use it at some point.

It has damage around the tail, which was previously repaired but has been damaged again, (please see photos). Also it feels "squidgy" around it when pressed down apon.

I have no experience with board repairs, but thought this would be a good oppurtunity to learn some stuff.

I dont give a damn what it looks like or if the balance is going to be wrong, I just want to be able to use it.

Can you guys please give me some advice on what options are available to me to make it usable?
