Hey. I'm thinking of changing to precast rails.
What did you use for a mould and I am reluctant to use a release agent due to concerns of a reduced bond in the final product.
Also i was previously recommended Shore 80. Now i have done some tests it seems quite soft. Not really happy with it and i bought 1.5kg.

its 80A, its a slow cure. Full cure in 7 days so will wait a few more days to see if it gets much harder.
Yes i had a look through the thread thanks. ill have a go out of MDF tonight and see if it releases ok.

That stuff I got was rubbish.

Wow that vid brings back some boardmaking memories. Hell of an effort without a cnc to cut em out! stay healthly when u make boards - it's about as toxic as it gets..
the whole thing is about stopping delimitation, never found this easy... bonding and materials engineering.
